One article has finally unveiled the dr Nowzaradan diet after that one of the participants to his famous program, My 600-lb life, revealed it in an interview.
As you know, according to each case, dr Nowzaradan prescribes a weight loss plan that ranges from 800 to 1200 daily calories. For safety, I will share the plan of 1200 calories, since a diet of one thousand or eight hundred calories is too low and can slow down your metabolism.
Even this 1200-calorie plan is obviously not for everyone.
It is good for those who have a big weight issue to fix in a short time, but it must obviously be discussed with your physician and it can also be good for those with a modest daily caloric need, about 1,700-1,800 calories per day.
This diet is perfect for women after the age of 50 or for sedentary women, or for petite women who are only moderately active. Moreover, as you already know, Dr. Nowzaradan’s diet is strictly low-carb.
My advice is therefore to limit this diet to one, maximum two months. Then introducing a fruit per day in the firts week, and then two fruits per day as a transition phase, and finally choosing the Nowzaradan’s diet plan for mainteinance.
