Slimming protein diet

This slimming protein diet is ideal to come back to your weight after holidays and big events, especially if you want to deflate your belly immediately.

The protein diet from this plan has very few carbohydrates (less than 25 net grams).
And it is also a very low-calorie diet.
It’s the ideal solution to recovery from an excess of calories and foods, and in particular from a sugary and fatty binge.

This slimming protein diet can be doubled for a maximum of two days in a row but not beyond, being drastic (about 900 kcal per day).

PLAN FROM THE SLIMMING PROTEIN DIET

Breakfast.

A glass of water with the juice of half a lemon.
Egg white omelette of 6 oz of egg whites cooked in a pan with a teaspoon of butter or oiil and served with a teaspoon of sugar free jam.
As an alternative to jam, a teaspoon of peanut butter or almonds butter without added sugar.

Lunch.

One cup of shirataki noodles with asparagus or zucchini (half a cup) sautéed in a pan with a teaspoon of oil or a teaspoon of cream and spices to taste.
4 slices of ham or 3 oz of salmon with a teaspoon of oil and a handful of rocket salad.

Dinner.

Half a cup of natural tuna or tofu or chicken breast with a handful of salad and one little sliced cucumber plus one teaspoon of oil.

Snack: you can eat up to 4 of them through the day.

  • 10 almonds
  • 0,5 oz of dark chocolate 85% cocoa
  • half a cup of Greek skimmed yogurt
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • one cup of bone broth or chicken broth.
